Cancellations and Returns

We strive to fulfill all orders placed on our platform. However, there may be circumstances where we are unable to process and must cancel certain orders. This could be due to factors such as limited stock availability, inaccuracies in product, pricing, or inventory information, or issues flagged by our credit and fraud prevention team.

If your order, or any part of it, is cancelled, our Customer Service Team will notify you promptly. In the event that your credit card or account has already been charged for a cancelled order, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your card/account.

If you wish to cancel an order, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund (minus any applicable transaction or banking charges incurred by us) if the order has not yet been processed. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped, which may occur shortly after the order is placed. In the event that this occurs, please initiate the return procedure.

1. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • Credit Card or Net-Banking Payments: The refund will be credited back to your respective Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
  • Cash On Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD payments will be credited to your NCharnt Wallet. The wallet balance can be used for future purchases on ncharnt.com.

Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank account. However, in some cases, credit card issuing banks may take longer to process and post the refund to your card.

2. Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) Fees

Please note that any shipping or Cash on Delivery (COD) fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Return and Refund Policy

We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility
  1. Returnable Products:
    • If a product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
    • If the product is unused, in its original condition, with tags, invoice, and packaging intact.
  2. Non-Returnable Products:
    • Products that are tampered with, opened, or used.
Return Process
  1. Delivery Inspection:
    • Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with.
    • If the item inside is damaged after opening, contact Customer Care immediately.
  2. Reverse Pickup:
    • For eligible locations, we arrange a free reverse pickup.
    • Pack the product securely, provide the courier the package with our address, and retain the receipt provided.
    • Typical pickup time is 1-5 business days but may vary. Delays in reverse pickup will not affect your refund entitlement.
  3. Self-Shipment:
    • If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may return the product via a reputable courier.
    • We will reimburse courier costs up to ₹120 upon receipt of the courier invoice via email.
    • It is your responsibility to ensure the product reaches us undamaged.
  4. Refund Timeline:
    • Refunds will be processed once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
    • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. However, credit card providers may take longer.
Refund Mode
  • Online Payments: Refunds will be made to the same payment method (Credit Card, Net Banking, etc.).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be credited to your NCharnt Wallet, which can be used for future purchases or transferred to your bank account within six months of refund.

Shipping and COD Fees

Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

Multiple Product Returns

For orders with multiple items, all return requests should be placed together.

Abuse of Return Policy

To ensure fair use of our services:

  • Accounts with frequent returns or non-acceptance of COD deliveries may incur a ₹99 shipping fee per 0.5 kg or have COD disabled.
  • Accounts suspected of fraudulent activities, including misuse of cashback points or refund claims, may face cancellation or deductions in refund amounts.

Manufacturer Warranty

Products covered under manufacturer warranty should follow the return/replacement process as per the manufacturer’s policy.

We reserve the right to deny returns/refunds for products that do not meet our terms and conditions or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
